Sweet wrap shirt

Posted by Picasa
I bought this pattern from Etsy for $5.00. The lining I had left over from a blanket I made Olivia for her new bed and the bright flower fabric was in the discount section at fabric land for $5/m.

Gym Bag

I had bought this fabric ages ago, and found the pattern on Etsy for $3.00. Most patterns on Etsy are .pdf so you can just print them as soon as you receive the email :) This bag measures 12" x 16" and has a divider and an inside pocket.

Turtle Quilt

I made this quilt from left over scraps from some children's sleeping bags.

Book Bag

I created this bag out of my son's torn school shirt. He picked the colours for the turtle and it will hold his books from school.

Tissue Holder

This little guy is made from recycled childrens pants whose knee holes were too big to repair. He'll hold your tissues for those days that the cold or flu virus is spreading like wild fire and hopefully make you feel a little better.

Start of Something Wild!

I sit and look at my growing supply of both sewing and scrapbooking paraphinelia and think - I must be creative, I must be able to do SOMETHING with all of this (and finish it), and I must do it NOW. So welcome to what I hope to be an exciting journey into the unknown. I created this monster today when I happened upon some scrap felt left over from Christmas and had valentine's day in my head.
